As a mommy to two beautiful, wild souls I am inspired daily. My children make me want to be the best version of myself and I constantly venture out exploring what I can do to make their journey in this life a little better.

My exploration began when I was pregnant. Like many first-time moms I read and researched everything from nutrition to bath and beauty. The common theme across all these categories were toxins and chemicals galore. Not wanting to expose my baby to potentially harmful side effects, I began making our family's skincare — and testing out new recipes on my own subjects. Thus, LM&M was born.
